The conclusion of a maintenance contract is obligatory..
It includes software maintenance, all technological future developments and version updates. Hence, there is no need to buy a new licence after a few years. It ensures that GEPADO Xpro is always available at the very latest technologically standard.


The GEPADO staff can support you in many different ways, for example creating SQL reports for labels, work lists and letters. Processes can be designed and implemented, new methods and input fields, tables and master data can be inserted by you or us. Interfaces to laboratory devices, databases, hospital information systems and accounting systems can be created and configured. Furthermore, we offer training for users and IT admins.

User meetings

In December 2013, a user meeting took place. Previous experiences, new functionality was discussed and a vote on future development was carried out. Plans for long-term concepts and visions were exchanged and led to many good ideas.
